Your clear path to joining our team

Step 1: Online application

Submit an online application with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your passion for patient-centered care. Answer a few culture-fit questions. This usually takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2: Initial screening

Complete a 15 to 20 minute phone or video screening. We'll discuss your background, interest in the role, salary expectations, and availability. We encourage you to ask about daily responsibilities and what we love about working here.

Step 3: Skills assessment or interview

Participate in a role-specific skills assessment or interview lasting 30 to 45 minutes, designed to evaluate your capabilities for the position.

Step 4: Final interview

Engage in a 45 to 60 minute final interview with a panel including the department manager, a team member, and leadership.

Step 5: Offer and onboarding

Receive a verbal offer within 2 to 3 business days of the final interview, followed by our comprehensive onboarding process to welcome you to General Solutions Medical.
